Here's exactly what we offer:
If your order arrives damaged or faulty
Contact us immediately at contact@trydiggit.com with photos and we'll make it right with a full refund or replacement, no questions asked.
If you've used it and aren't happy with your results
We offer a 60-day results guarantee. If you've genuinely used Digg-it and haven't been able to get results, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order and we'll issue a goodwill refund as a gesture of good faith.
This guarantee exists for customers who tried and it didn't work for them — not for those who simply changed their mind after opening the product. We're a small independent brand and cannot offer full refunds on opened and used products. By purchasing and opening Digg-it, you accept that individual results may vary.
If your item is unopened and unused
Contact us within 30 days in its original packaging and we'll arrange a full refund once the item is returned to us. Please note we cannot cover return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since your approval, contact us at contact@trydiggit.com.
